About The Position

805title is expanding into San Diego and is hiring an Account Executive to build and grow a territory in a competitive, high-volume real estate market. The role is designed for a consistent, relationship-oriented seller who can prospect independently, deliver value to real estate agents, and earn their trust over time. The Account Executive will build recurring title and escrow business by developing a roster of agent partners and representing 805title’s proprietary agent-facing technology, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research. Compensation is base salary plus commission, with full accountability and upside. The company is growing statewide and describes a potential path to leadership as it scales.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of professional sales experience in a field requiring the candidate to find and close their own business.
Comfort operating in a high-activity, relationship-first environment.
Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by commission income.
Able to prospect and build a book of business from scratch; the role is not suited to candidates who need warm leads or consider follow-up optional.

Nice To Haves

Title or real estate experience is a bonus but not required.
Consultative sales experience, including backgrounds such as pharma, payroll, health, or fitness.

Responsibilities

Own and grow the San Diego territory through direct outreach, agent appointments, and consistent follow-up.
Build a roster of Power Partners who generate recurring title and escrow business.
Conduct a daily “Hour of Power” to prospect, follow up, and book appointments.
Use LYTI to track the pipeline, orders, and income in real time.
Represent 805title’s product suite, including proprietary agent-facing technology, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research.
