About The Position

805title is expanding into San Diego and is hiring an Account Executive to develop a territory in a competitive, high-volume real estate market. The role is centered on consistent prospecting, relationship building, and earning agents’ trust by delivering value. The Account Executive will build recurring title and escrow business and use proprietary agent-facing technology, market intelligence, and AI-powered title research. The company is family-owned and privately held, is growing statewide, and offers a potential path to leadership as it scales. Compensation is commission-based, with no base salary.

Requirements

• Have 1 to 2 years of professional sales experience in a field requiring the candidate to find and close their own business.
• Be comfortable operating in a high-activity, relationship-first environment.
• Be self-directed, coachable, and motivated by commission income.
• Be willing to prospect and build a book of business from scratch, without relying on warm leads handed to them.
• Treat follow-up as an essential part of the role.

Nice To Haves

• Title or real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Experience in consultative sales, including pharma, payroll, or health and fitness, is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the San Diego territory through direct outreach, agent appointments, and consistent follow-up.
• Build a roster of Power Partners who generate recurring title and escrow business.
• Run a daily Hour of Power to prospect, follow up, and book appointments.
• Use LYTI to track the pipeline, orders, and income in real time.
• Represent a product suite that gives agents tools their current title representative cannot offer.
