Requirements
- Proven full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS
- Warm, easygoing, high-energy personality that builds instant trust
- Comfort selling directly to senior decision makers and owners
- Strong organization and thoughtfulness in managing deals
- Self-starter who can source and build pipeline independently

Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales, from first conversation through close, often within weeks
- Build authentic rapport with firm owners and COOs who become long-term partners
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline with strong organization and follow-through
- Drive outbound to supplement inbound demand and fill your own funnel
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events as helpful
- Partner with the team to refine messaging and share what is working
