About The Position

The Account Executive will collaborate closely with all members of the account team, serving as a vital link between clients, internal departments, and team members. In this role, you will build and maintain client trust, managing relationships at junior to mid-levels effectively. You will become an expert in the client's business, possessing a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and the impact of data and business results.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of industry experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work.
  • A positive, engaging presence that helps teams work well together.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build clean, compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Developed skills in research and analysis.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and operate autonomously.
  • Critical attention to detail and organizational excellence.
  • Good listener.
  • Calm and focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships internally and with junior & mid‑level clients, serving as the connection point between client needs and Eicoff teams.
  • Work closely with the Account Director across 1-3 client accounts to streamline communication, keep teams aligned, and ensure smooth delivery of work.
  • Manage day‑to‑day tasks with growing independence and sound judgment.
  • Oversee multiple smaller projects and support senior staff on larger efforts, tracking timelines and flagging risks or delays to the appropriate Eicoff teams.
  • Lead internal and client meetings with confidence and preparation.
  • Understand basic staffing and scoping needs, flagging scope shifts to senior team members.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and initiative to projects, helping keep work moving and contributing to more engaging deliverables.
  • Review internal and client‑facing materials to ensure they tell a clear, accurate story, and partner with teams to resolve gaps before anything is delivered.
  • Act as quality control for creative deliverables – ensuring scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final cuts accurately reflect client feedback at each stage.
  • Learn to pull and organize data from agency tools and databases, helping the team prepare clear, client-ready insights and pitch materials.
  • Learn the fundamentals of performance media metrics and how they inform client reporting, campaign optimizations, and client conversations.
  • Partner with team leads to turn performance data, competitive activity, and creative observations into clear, actionable takeaways for clients.
  • Partner with finance and media teams to confirm campaign billing is accurate, matches scope, and reflects the work delivered.
  • Demonstrate interest and initiative in identifying new ideas or opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through research, coordination, and presentation support.
