About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive role. This position offers a structured career path with training, mentorship, and support to help individuals develop into successful sales professionals. The role involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and recommending solutions to customers. It is a hybrid role based near Columbus East, Ohio, requiring 2-3 customer visits per week while also incorporating remote and field-based work.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
