It is a painful, revenue-leaking chore that lawyers hate, which makes for a quick ROI and an easy sell. The company is live in over 100 firms, has grown revenue 10x in the last six months, is cash-flow positive with substantial runway, and cannot keep up with inbound demand. Backed by top-tier investors, the team is small, flat, high-ownership, and a blend of professional and high-energy, with several former attorneys on staff. This is an Account Executive role at a company that genuinely cannot keep pace with its inbound demand. You will close a strong mix of inbound leads while also running your own prospecting, primarily through LinkedIn. Legal tech is a massive greenfield, with firms still replacing legacy systems, and the products are exceptionally sticky. As the company scales toward larger and enterprise firms, strong performers will have room to grow. You will work directly with a sharp, fast-moving sales team and the founders, with high ownership and the chance to work hands-on with customers.
