We’re looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our high-performing, fast-growing team. This is not a back-office role. You’ll work directly with some of the smartest, most driven business owners in the world, helping them get the best possible results from their digital marketing. Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of ~ 20 client accounts , serving as their main point of contact
  • Building strong, trusted, long-term relationships with clients (relationships matter more than results alone)
  • Supporting clients to get the most from their digital marketing campaigns , including paid ads, funnels, and content
  • Scheduling and leading bi-weekly review meetings with each client to discuss performance and next steps
  • Reviewing and analysing reports before meetings, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads performance
  • Reporting on PPC results clearly and confidently, turning data into insights clients understand
  • Creating and managing Facebook lead generation and retargeting campaigns
  • Collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns, ads, and content go live on time
  • Identifying individual client needs and thinking creatively and strategically to help them achieve better results
  • Content creation (ad angles, hooks, messaging, social content ideas)
  • Helping clients generate predictable leads and sales , so they can grow their businesses and impact more lives
