From our energetic HQ in Hartlepool, UK, to our growing office in Celebration, Florida, our team develops high-performing funnels, advertising campaigns, AI tools, and sales systems that help clinic owners scale with confidence. When ambitious clinic owners want predictable growth, they come to us. We’re looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our fast-growing, high-performance team. This is not a behind-the-scenes account management role. You’ll work directly with ambitious business owners, helping them improve results, grow faster, and get more from their marketing investment. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 client accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, communication, and results
  • Help clients maximise performance across their digital marketing campaigns, funnels, and content
  • Lead bi-weekly strategy and review calls to discuss performance, priorities, and next steps
  • Analyse campaign performance across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Translate marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations clients can understand
  • Create and manage Facebook lead generation and retargeting campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic solutions tailored to each client
  • Support content and campaign development, including ad messaging, hooks, offers, and social media ideas
  • Help clients generate more leads, more sales, and ultimately grow businesses that impact more lives
  • Deliver a world-class client experience that drives retention, loyalty, and measurable business growth
  • Help clients generate predictable leads and strong ROI through well-managed campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly while turning client goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies
  • Support and mentor your marketing assistant, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across the team
