Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Warm, easygoing, high-energy personality that builds instant trust
  • Comfort selling directly to senior decision makers and owners
  • Strong organization and thoughtfulness in managing deals
  • Self-starter who can source and build pipeline independently

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle sales, from first conversation through close, often within weeks
  • Build authentic rapport with firm owners and COOs who become long-term partners
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with strong organization and follow-through
  • Drive outbound to supplement inbound demand and fill your own funnel
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events as helpful
  • Partner with the team to refine messaging and share what is working
