About The Position

Quadient is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This remote opportunity requires candidates to reside in or be commutable to Birmingham/Montgomery, Alabama, for local travel to customer accounts within the assigned territory. The role involves supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey by providing reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes. The Account Executive will identify and nurture leads, present Quadient solutions to key decision-makers, engage with C-Suite leaders, and collaborate across departments to ensure strong customer experiences. Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reside in or be commutable to Birmingham/Montgomery Alabama, for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
• Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
• Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
• Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
• Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences
