About The Position

Envoy Global is hiring an Account Executive for its Legal Vertical to help organizations address workforce challenges through its immigration and mobility solutions. The role is suited to a former immigration attorney who can build trusted relationships, influence decisions, solve complex problems, and deliver strategic business value. The Account Executive will help employers evaluate and improve immigration programs, streamline workflows, enhance employee experience, and achieve global talent objectives through Envoy Global’s technology-enabled solutions and legal services platform. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; the posting identifies consultative problem solving, client advocacy, executive communication, relationship management, and drive to achieve results as relevant strengths.

The position is open to remote candidates. Envoy Global is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and the role requires up to 20–30% travel. Compensation is an annual base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus commission.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of business immigration law experience supporting corporate clients.
• Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, global mobility, and compliance matters.
• A demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Desire to apply immigration expertise in a revenue-generating, growth-oriented environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping organizations solve workforce challenges through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and educating them about Envoy Global’s immigration and mobility solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executive stakeholders to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Translate complex immigration-related risks and regulatory considerations into clear business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with the affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about workforce trends, immigration developments, and talent acquisition challenges affecting clients.
