About The Position

At VitalEdge Technologies, we’re transforming how heavy equipment dealerships operate from sales to service to rental to finance. Our platform sits at the center of the dealership, and we’re expanding fast and looking for someone who wants to go win. This is a remote role with ownership of a large, multi-state territory. This is a true new business role. You’re not inheriting a book, you’re building one. You’re helping dealerships rethink how they operate, not just swapping software. Dealer Principals, GMs, CFOs are the stakeholders you will be engaging with and influencing. You’ll operate with autonomy and accountability. You are the brand in your territory. We’re not just another software company; we’re embedded in an industry that’s evolving quickly and helping lead that change. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or complex solutions
  • Experience hunting, not just managing inbound or existing accounts
  • Comfortable selling to owners and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate operational pain into a clear business case
  • High ownership mentality (you don’t wait, you go)

Nice To Haves

  • Sold into or worked within heavy equipment dealerships
  • Sold into or worked within rental, service, or parts operations
  • Sold into or worked within ERP / DMS / operational software environments

Responsibilities

  • Create pipeline from zero
  • Prospect into targeted dealer groups, break into competitive accounts, and generate new opportunities consistently.
  • Run full-cycle sales
  • From first call to signed deal, you own the process. Discovery, value story, demo alignment, commercial strategy, close.
  • Sell transformation, not features
  • Build executive relationships
  • Develop territory strategy
  • Represent VitalEdge in the market
  • Events, onsite visits, industry conversations, you are the brand in your territory.
