Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts
  • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools (Google, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Act as the primary contact for major accounts, handling escalations when needed
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives
  • Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellence
  • Provide coaching and direction to team members
  • Monitor KPIs, oversee daily operations, and guide execution to ensure consistent results
  • Make 60+ outbound calls daily (higher for junior-level AEs)
  • Meet or exceed key performance goals including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
  • Demonstrate a “service-first” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
  • Consistently operate with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
