About The Position

Innodata is a global data engineering company focused on the intersection of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). We offer a range of solutions, platforms, and services for Generative AI/AI builders and adopters, leveraging our 36+ year legacy of delivering high-quality data and outstanding customer outcomes. This role is for a hunter-style Sales Director to lead new logo acquisition for Innodata’s Enterprise AI Business Unit. The primary focus is on penetrating net-new enterprise accounts and establishing Innodata as the preferred partner for AI implementation, GenAI QA, Context Engineering, and GenAI Product Operations Support. The ideal candidate will possess a 'headhunter' mentality combined with strong enterprise sales skills, enabling them to engage executives on topics of AI adoption, governance, and operationalization.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in new logo acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to close $2M+ deals in enterprise services.
  • Existing CxO and VP-level network in Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of the AI adoption lifecycle and enterprise pain points: implementation, evaluation, governance, and operations.
  • Consultative, research-driven prospecting skills.
  • Strong closing skills and executive presence.

  • Prior experience in AI/ML, GenAI, digital transformation, or enterprise software/services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline creation and close $10M+ in net-new enterprise deals annually.
  • Position Innodata’s offerings in AI Implementation (smart search, knowledge assist, copilots, agentic AI), GenAI QA (red-teaming, model evaluation, safety, reliability testing), GenAI Context Engineering (structuring enterprise context into AI workflows), and GenAI Product Operations Support (scaling model operations, triage, labeling, developer platform support).
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Innovation leaders to influence AI transformation roadmaps.
  • Map target accounts, orchestrate tailored outreach, and secure pilot programs that can expand into enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, practice, delivery, and solution teams to develop compelling proposals, Points of View (POVs), and demonstrations.
  • Represent Innodata at industry events, AI forums, and analyst discussions to enhance market visibility.
