About The Position

Nestlé is seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join their high-performing team, supporting the growing Pharmacy channel. In this role, you will partner closely with a Senior Customer Business Manager, playing a key part in bringing bold growth plans to life. From strategy to execution, you will own the delivery of joint business plans and help unlock new opportunities with customers. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a commercial role (Account Management, Category, or Field Sales)
  • Strong FMCG experience and a hunger to grow in Sales
  • A natural relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with ease
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable—you get things done
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Digitally savvy with a sharp commercial mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Circana, Synergy, or Quantium is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of customer joint business plans and ensure initiatives land successfully
  • Coordinate promotions and product launches, managing submissions and activations end-to-end
  • Analyse category, customer, and competitor performance to uncover growth opportunities
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and key customer stakeholders
  • Keep the business connected by sharing channel insights across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales
  • Optimise promotional plans to maximise ROI and hit financial targets
  • Manage trade spend and reporting with accuracy and accountability
  • Oversee commercial calendars and promotional plans to ensure smooth execution
  • Elevate Nestlé’s digital presence by managing online content and tracking performance KPIs
