About The Position

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions. Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in your sales career.
  • Been an AE and exceeded quota selling deals in the $20k-$60k ACV range.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, Heads of Finance, and CFOs at early-stage companies.
  • Process driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems.

  • Experience selling to finance personas or working in a finance-adjacent role.

Responsibilities

  • Own a high-velocity book of business, working with lean finance teams at early-stage companies who need to move fast.
  • Own the funnel end-to-end and work closely with our CEO and sales leadership to continuously refine our SMB playbook.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to make sure we're engaging with the right prospects.
  • Understand each prospect's financial setup to identify exactly how Aleph will benefit them.
  • Deliver personalized demos tailored to lean, 1-2 person finance teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals.
  • Negotiate and close deals quickly — SMB deals move fast and so should you.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day.
