This is a hunter role owning new business across Manifest's SMB segment — high-growth startups and scaling companies navigating corporate immigration for the first time or outgrowing their current solution. You'll run a high-velocity, consultative sales motion with HR, People Ops, and Talent stakeholders who need to move fast and trust their immigration partner to get it right. You'll own your pipeline end-to-end, from outbound prospecting through close, and will be expected to build and manage a high volume of active opportunities at any given time.
