About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our sales team and help articulate the transformative impact of Alveole's nature-tech solutions to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. This role combines consultative selling, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to guide asset managers and sustainability directors through the integration of nature-positive solutions into their portfolios. As Alvéole continues to expand its footprint across North America and Europe, we are looking for an entrepreneurial AE who can hit the ground running from day one, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers looking to enhance their portfolio's tenant satisfaction and ESG scores. As a team member, you will also be expected to set the standard, elevating those around you by sharing what's working, and contributing to the team's collective growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Mid-Market SaaS or PropTech sales; a proven history of selling to the CRE industry is a strong asset.
  • A proven track record of establishing executive contacts (“C”, VP and Director-level) and relationships from prior roles
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a Mid-Market or Enterprise environment
  • Proficient in consultative sales techniques, positioning products as tailored, ROI-driven solutions to client needs.
  • Has successfully applied sales methodologies and frameworks in previous roles such as MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger Sale
  • Comfortable with HubSpot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Call recording
  • Familiar with AI-assisted prospecting and sales productivity tools.
  • Sales Influence: Proven ability to persuasively connect with senior decision-makers, adapt your pitch to their financial lens, and close complex deals.
  • Business acumen: Comfortable discussing NOI, cap rates, and tenant improvement allowances. You sell outcomes, not features.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated to own your pipeline and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Resilience: Faces challenges head-on and remains persistent, viewing rejection as an opportunity to refine and improve.
  • Curiosity: A proactive learner with a keen interest in market trends, ESG developments, and the evolving landscape of commercial real estate.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Thrives on testing new approaches, iterating on tactics, and taking hands-on steps to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Organizational Precision: Efficiently manages multiple leads and stakeholders, maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene for optimal sales tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through closing for mid-market accounts, focusing on institutional investors, regional owners, and REITs.
  • Position Alvéole as a high-ROI amenity: use a consultative approach to show how our turnkey service increases building desirability and tenant NPS.
  • Navigate the complex stakeholder web in CRE, from Property Managers and Sustainability Leads to Asset Managers and Portfolio Directors, by anchoring conversations in financial outcomes.
  • Bridge the gap between operations and finance: speak to Property Managers about ease of implementation and to Asset Managers about long-term building valuation impact.
  • Own the portfolio motion: strategically identify opportunities to land and expand across a landlord's entire regional or national portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, with a focus on high-accuracy projections for quarterly growth.
