As an Account Executive/Broker with Small and Medium Enterprise, you will engage with existing clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage for their needs and recommend additional solutions, where warranted. Requirements

  • Property and Casualty license
  • Commercial Insurance experience
  • 2-3 years experience in broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients
  • Ability to advise, recommend and explain P&C products to meet client's insurance needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite products
  • GSuite
  • Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Implement your organizational skills by handling incoming tasks for your assigned book of business
  • Display your customer service skills through high-quality customer interactions as you acclimate to and evolve your book of business
  • Showcase your adaptability as you present additional products to existing customers
  • Collaborate with external partners and your assigned client service team members to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies
