The Account Director, Industrial will be responsible for driving end-to-end industrial account performance globally. This role involves owning strategy definition, financial outcomes (growth, margin, cash), new product introduction (NPI) development and launches, and cross-functional execution within a global matrix organization, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The individual will build senior-level customer relationships worldwide, drive targeted collaboration priorities, and identify opportunities to expand the industrial business portfolio. Key tasks include defining and implementing effective working models between GTX and industrial customers, leading the North America industrial business development beyond core accounts, and supporting the global scale-up of industrial sales and customer engineering capabilities.
