This role serves as one of SPORTFIVE's senior subject matter experts on Olympic partnership marketing, owning strategy development and execution across a portfolio of high-profile partnerships spanning Team USA, LA 2028, athletes, and the broader Olympic ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field (MBA an asset but not required).
  • Prior experience working on Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship program whether for an agency, a brand/client or a property.
  • Experience negotiating athlete and/or governing body agreements, familiarity with Olympic and Paralympic Movement commercial guidelines mandatory.
  • 6+ years collective experience at an agency, brand/client or property.
  • Established Olympic network and ability to stay connected to developments/insights.
  • Must be able travel approximately 25% of the time for client and/or property meetings for planning purposes.
  • Must be available to work outside of standard business hours during major events and/or priority client projects.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to commute to meetings in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Leading clients through the development of a multi-year integrated strategy across the partnership portfolio.
  • Designing activation ideas and execution plans that translate partnership assets into compelling, measurable brand experiences for clients.
  • Ensuring client programs are structured and executed in full compliance with Olympic and Paralympic commercial guidelines.
  • Serving as an internal center of excellence for U.S. Olympic partnership marketing: Sharing insights and best practices across divisions, elevating how the broader team approaches client strategy and partnership execution.
  • Identifying and securing partnerships with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, managing agreements from initial engagement through Games-time activation.
  • Owning day-to-day and senior-level client relationships, leading regular communications with key client stakeholders and presenting to senior client and agency executives.
  • Designing and overseeing the execution of premium hospitality and guest experience programs, tailored to client objectives and budgets.
  • Owning and building day-to-day relationships with LA 2028 partnership marketing and functional area leads, as well as Los Angeles-based partners and vendors.
  • Overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams, managing client deliverables against milestones, and maintaining quality across competing priorities.
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities across the Olympic cycle, ensuring client investments are structured to deliver measurable returns.
