About The Position

The Account Development Representative (ADR) owns a dedicated portfolio of approximately 500–700 customer accounts and grows the business through proactive, phone-based sales. The role builds relationships with pool builders, service companies, and retailers, identifies opportunities to increase customers’ share of wallet, and demonstrates how POOLCORP and its products can add value. The ADR works with the field sales team and Sales Centers to provide customers with appropriate attention and support. The position manages the full sales cycle by phone, from identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to quoting, negotiating, and closing. It uses customer purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities and account risks, promotes products and programs across POOLCORP channels, and maintains accurate interaction and opportunity records in the CRM. The ADR partners with Territory Sales Representatives, Sales Center teams, Customer Service, and managers to support customer experience and business growth. The role reports to the Sales Manager.
