About the position
SalesLabX is seeking an Account Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service, and project management skills. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to execute client projects. This role requires a proactive and positive individual who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients on Salesforce and Pardot marketing project requests, ensuring ongoing client happiness and satisfaction
- Manage client project boards and ensure timely completion of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Handle client complaints and concerns with ease and grace
- Display empathy and emotional intelligence
- Collaborate with and clearly communicate clients' goals and needs with internal teams
- Maintain documentation of client sessions and processes
- Monitor client marketing analytics and make suggestions for improvement
- Create reports for clients as requested
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in account or project management
- High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Adaptable and excited about fast growth
- Passionate about helping people
- Ability to take initiative and make things happen
- Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically
