Estrada Consultingorporated•Sacramento, CA

About The Position

The Accessibility Analyst / Tester is key personnel for Component 1 (WCAG 2.1 Level AA Assessment and Remediation) of the Scope of Work. The role evaluates the client’s website and its forms, electronic documents, PDF files, multimedia, and other content against WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The analyst delivers a report of deficiencies prioritized by severity and user impact, then confirms conformance after remediation and delivers a final validation report. That report must describe the methods used, deficiencies found, corrections made, open limitations, exceptions for client review, and conformance status. The role requires both accessibility assessment and actual remediation experience, and may provide the full base Scope of Work directly or through identified subcontractors. Testing includes manual and automated methods, assistive technologies, mobile and responsive functionality, and in-scope third-party content and integrations. The position is described as contractor/consultant, not client personnel. Work may be remote or on-site as needed to support client personnel, in Sacramento, California or remotely as permitted by contract. Standard business hours apply, with availability for urgent issues per SLA. The engagement may last up to five years: an initial two-year term plus up to three one-year extensions.
