About The Position

RDO Equipment Co. is hiring an Access Your Future Service Intern for paid employment at a sponsoring store while the intern attends college. The intern will learn alongside a skilled mentor and gain hands-on experience diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, assembling, and servicing equipment. The role also includes documenting machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while caring for tools and machines. The program offers potential full-time employment after graduation, company-paid tools, a $5,000 graduation sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000 in financial incentives. The posted pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record to remain eligible for program benefits.
• Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job.
• Have strong computer skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Have clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities
