About The Position

The Access Your Future Parts Intern is a paid internship at a sponsoring store while the intern attends college. The role provides exposure to dealership operations and logistics, including managing parts inventory and assisting customers and technicians with orders. Interns use technology to track and fulfill orders and rotate through departments to learn daily workflows and teamwork. The position supports customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories for internal and external customers. The program offers potential for full-time employment upon graduation and up to $7,000 in financial incentives.

Requirements

• Demonstrate initiative, a self-starter mindset, and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Show professionalism and a commitment to world-class customer service.
• Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Have valid work authorization and be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn dealership operations, daily workflows, and teamwork.
• Assist with customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories.
