About The Position

The Access Your Future Parts Intern works at a sponsoring RDO Equipment Co. store while attending college. The intern learns dealership operations and logistics, manages parts inventory, and assists customers and technicians with parts orders. The position includes rotating through departments to learn daily workflows and teamwork, supporting the parts department, and using technology to track and fulfill orders. The program may lead to full-time employment upon graduation.

Requirements

• Show initiative, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute.

• Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Have valid work authorization and be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Attend college while employed at a sponsoring store.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through dealership departments to learn daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
• Assist with parts-department customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories for internal and external customers.
• Participate in training, meetings, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a professional image, follow safety protocols, and support a positive team environment.
• Manage parts inventory and assist customers and technicians with orders.
• Use technology to track and fulfill orders.
