Academy Social Skills BCBA Clinical Director
About The Position
The Academy Social Skills BCBA Clinical Director leads and manages a clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. The role oversees patient assessments and individualized treatment planning, ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to behavioral-health best practices, supports staff training, monitors patient progress, and collaborates with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, compassionate care. The Director also fosters teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. The position supports up to eight children and offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with Saturday hours of 9:00 a.m. to noon based on patient attendance. The compensation package is described as up to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, RBT mentorship, and supervision of assigned trainees. Compensation includes base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and behavioral-health best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
- Mentor RBTs and supervise assigned trainees, with bonus opportunities tied to this work.
