Action Behavior Centers (ABC) provides evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help autistic children build communication, social, and daily living skills. At ABC Academy, the BCBA works with school-age children ages 5 to 12, focusing on school readiness and social skills as children transition from early intensive behavioral intervention into school. The clinical model uses individualized goals developed in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment, with an emphasis on working with educators and helping children generalize skills to the classroom. This is a full-time, permanent role with a Monday–Friday schedule of 11:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon based on family attendance. The average caseload is five to six children, with a maximum of eight. Total compensation is listed as $86,500 to $122,000 per year, with potential to earn more based on center size, mentoring RBTs, and supervising assigned trainees. The BCBA sets individualized, evidence-based goals; delivers high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment; supervises and mentors RBTs; collaborates with families to track progress; and partners with educators on IEPs and classroom skill generalization. ABC describes a compassionate-care culture guided by Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun, and offers clinical training, professional development, and potential career progression into senior and clinical leadership roles.
