About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for ABC Academy, which serves children ages 5 to 12 with a focus on school readiness and social skills. The clinical model supports children transitioning from early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) into school. BCBAs assess each child and collaborate with families to set individualized goals, deliver evidence-based ABA treatment, and support children in generalizing skills to the classroom through collaboration with educators and work on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon based on family attendance. Total compensation is listed as $86,500 to $122,000 per year, with additional earning potential tied to center size, mentoring RBTs, and supervising assigned trainees.
