Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for ABC Academy, which serves children ages 5 to 12 with a focus on school readiness and social skills. The Academy’s clinical model supports children transitioning from early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) into school. BCBAs develop individualized goals with families after assessing each child’s needs and collaborate with educators to support IEPs, classroom skill generalization, and school success. The BCBA provides evidence-based ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered setting, using play-based strategies where appropriate. The role includes supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partnering with families to monitor progress, and working with educators to support children’s classroom transitions. The average caseload is five to six children, with a maximum of eight. This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon based on family attendance. Total compensation is listed as $84,500 to $120,000 per year, with additional earning potential based on center size, mentoring RBTs, and supervising assigned trainees. Remote work is available up to three days per month based on performance and center needs, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year.
