About The Position

We are seeking Academic Coaches to support 6th-8th grade and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects. This role involves consistent, recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions held in private offices at our facility. We offer paid onboarding and training, a supportive team environment, and handle all scheduling so you can focus on teaching. We also provide resources and guidance for session preparation.

Requirements

• Ability to explain academic content clearly and engagingly.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AP Literature, AP US History, AP World History.
• Experience with ACT, SAT, ISEE test preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support 6th-8th grade and High School students in Humanities subjects.
