Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must have a clean and safe driving record.
  • Must be insurable.
  • Must be honest, ethical, and dependable.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must maintain good hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Must work well with a team and communicate professionally.
  • Must be able to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, air handlers, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, and accessories.
  • Complete system changeouts, duct modifications, IAQ products, and equipment upgrades.
  • Properly communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process.
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, company quality standards, and local code requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
  • Complete installation paperwork, photos, and job documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with install managers, permitting coordinators, and warehouse staff.
  • Participate in training meetings, ride-alongs, and team development opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field professionally and efficiently.
