Requirements

Minimum 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred.
EPA Certification preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Must have a clean and safe driving record.
Must be insurable.
Must be honest, ethical, and dependable.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must maintain good hygiene and professional appearance.
Must work well with a team and communicate professionally.
Must be able to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, air handlers, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, and accessories.
Complete system changeouts, duct modifications, IAQ products, and equipment upgrades.
Properly communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, company quality standards, and local code requirements.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
Complete installation paperwork, photos, and job documentation accurately.
Work closely with install managers, permitting coordinators, and warehouse staff.
Participate in training meetings, ride-alongs, and team development opportunities.
Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field professionally and efficiently.
