About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy during after-school hours. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, support and guidance from BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technician training, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. The position involves working with children, including children with autism, and collaborating with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Work is on the road, with a stated aim of keeping drives to no more than 30 minutes.

Requirements

At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience (required).
Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals.
Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is offered.
Opportunity to grow in the ABA field as an RBT.

Responsibilities
