About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in clients’ homes and community settings. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule, support from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow a career in ABA. The role is described as after-school and afternoon hours, Monday through Friday, with employees choosing their own hours. Work takes place on the road, with travel to client locations.

Requirements

• Two years of ABA therapy experience (required).
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage time effectively.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
