About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule, support from BCBAs, and opportunities to build experience and advance in the ABA field. The position involves collecting behavioral and skill-acquisition data during sessions and maintaining professionalism while working toward positive outcomes with clients and a collaborative team. Work is on the road, with afternoon hours available Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of ABA Therapy experience (required).
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals working toward positive outcomes.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is offered.
• Opportunity to grow in the ABA field as an RBT.
