About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy during after-school hours. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule, support from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow a career in ABA. Employees are described as working within a 30-minute drive and having a work-life balance. Pay is $20.00–$30.00 per hour, with competitive hourly rates and bonuses.

Requirements

• Two years of ABA therapy experience (required).
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.

• Experience working with children with autism.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
