About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours and the ability to choose your own hours. Employees receive support and guidance from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. The employer describes the role as offering work-life balance, with travel limited to no more than a 30-minute drive.

The position pays $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Work is on the road, and the schedule is Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Two years of ABA Therapy experience (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals working toward positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
