About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) to provide after-school, in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, support and guidance from BCBAs, and an opportunity to gain experience and grow a career in ABA. Therapists collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and are expected to maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively toward positive outcomes. The position involves travel to client locations and requires reliable personal transportation.

Requirements

At least 2 years of ABA Therapy experience.
Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to participate in a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
