About The Position

The Victory Center is a nonprofit, nonsectarian center that provides education and services for children and families affected by autism and related disabilities. The programs and interventions utilize the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and are provided in a 1:1 to 3:1 student/teacher ratio within a classroom setting. Our mission is to provide outstanding evidence-based educational services to individuals with autism and related disabilities in a caring and nurturing environment to help them achieve their individualized goals.

Requirements

RBT Certification required
Experience with Special Needs Population.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized education plans using evidence-based ABA principles to foster student growth.
Collaborate with a team of educators and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and stakeholders.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions to maximize student learning and development.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
Communicate effectively with families to build trust and encourage active participation in the educational process.
