About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide individualized, play-based therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. Sessions take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings, with the position identified as in-person and in-home/community-based. The technician receives guidance and mentorship from the clinical team, as well as comprehensive paid training and ongoing support. The work focuses on creating engaging learning opportunities, helping children progress toward individualized goals, and celebrating their achievements.
