About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, individualized, play-based therapy for children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children in home, clinic, school, or community settings to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills and support positive behavior change. The clinical team provides guidance, mentorship, paid training, and ongoing support. The position is suited to someone who is passionate about helping children learn and grow; prior ABA experience is not required.
