About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, individualized, play-based therapy for children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children in home, clinic, school, or community settings to support communication, social, play, and daily living skills and positive behavior change. The technician receives guidance and mentorship from the clinical team, along with paid training and ongoing support. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about helping children learn and grow and brings patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
• Prior ABA experience is not required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities
