About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges in home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills and supporting positive behavior change through individualized, play-based therapy. The technician will receive comprehensive paid training, ongoing support, and mentorship from the clinical team. The position pays $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
