About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges in home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role uses individualized, play-based therapy to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills and support positive behavior change. The technician receives guidance and mentorship from the clinical team, along with comprehensive paid training and ongoing support. Pay is $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Prior ABA experience is not required; paid training is provided.
