About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges in home, clinic, school, or community settings. The role uses individualized, play-based and interactive activities to teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills and support positive behavior change. The technician receives guidance and mentorship from the clinical team, along with paid training and ongoing support. The position pays $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
