About The Position

The Behavior Lab is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-person, individualized, play-based therapy to children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role involves working one-on-one with children to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. The technician creates engaging learning opportunities through play, connection, and encouragement, with guidance and mentorship from the clinical team. Services may take place in homes, clinics, schools, or community settings. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
• Prior ABA experience is not required.
