About The Position

This ABA Apprentice program is designed to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA certification. The program offers structured mentorship, hands-on learning experiences with experienced BCBAs, and a personalized study plan to prepare apprentices for the BCBA exam and future roles. Apprentices will gain practical skills in real clinical settings, receive guidance from a dedicated Learning & Development team, and have clear pathways for career advancement within the company, including leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
