ABA Apprentice
About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA certification to join their ABA Apprentice program. This program serves as a bridge between graduate studies and independent practice, offering comprehensive support for future BCBAs. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in real clinical settings, work with experienced BCBAs, and follow a personalized study plan guided by a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes tailored BCBA exam study plans, direct work with experienced BCBAs, structured mentorship, and clear pathways to becoming a BCBA and advancing into leadership or specialized roles within the company.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
