ABA Apprentice
About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for their College Station Treatment Center. This program is designed for individuals who are nearing the completion of their degree and supervision hours, and are preparing to take the BCBA exam. The program offers a bridge between graduate school and independent practice, providing learning from experienced BCBAs, application of skills in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan with support from a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, structured mentorship, and clear paths for career advancement within the company, including leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
